We review scoped/edited transcript to ensure that the file is error-free. We use errata sheet, PDF with proofreading marks, or editing software (CaseCAT, Eclipse, DigitalCAT) in proofreading the transcript, depending on the client’s preference.
Errata Sheet
Client sends us a text file of the transcript. We create an errata sheet with page number, line number, error, and correction.
PDF
Client sends us a PDF file of the transcript. We mark corrections directly into the PDF file using proofreading marks.
Editing Software
Corrections are directly made into the transcript using CaseCat, Eclipse, or DigiCAT.

Cutoff :
- Orders received after 5:00 p.m. EST shall be considered received on the next business day.
- Express Orders received on a Friday will be completed and sent Monday of the following week.
Processing of payment is via PayPal using your own PayPal account or using your Credit Card account. We send out invoices every Monday of the week.
