If you were in Atlanta, I would be at your office with lunch for everyone and back at quitting time with cocktails.

I just got back two jobs that were a total nightmare. I expected that they would come back, and I would need to spend the entire weekend still fixing them. The audio was horrible, speakers spoke fast, witnesses with heavy accents. The transcripts came back in excellent condition. I was in shock!

Your team is truly artists. I really hope that you pass along my thanks to everyone. I really cannot say enough good about IN2. I hope you will add an option to leave gratuities for staff at some point. They really deserve it.
