We edit transcripts through the use of CAT (Computer-Aided Transcription) software, ensuring formatting, punctuation, and consistency of proper names and terms. We listen to audio recording to make sure that everything is captured accurately in the transcript.
IN2 Legal Solutions specializes in Eclipse and Case CATalyst scoping software.

We review scoped/edited transcript to ensure that the file is error-free. We use errata sheet, PDF with proofreading marks, or editing software (CaseCAT and Eclipse) in proofreading the transcript, depending on the client’s preference.
Errata Sheet
Client sends us a text file of the transcript. We create an errata sheet with page number, line number, error, and correction.
PDF
Client sends us a PDF file of the transcript. We mark corrections directly into the PDF file using proofreading marks.
Editing Software
Corrections are directly made into the transcript using CaseCat or Eclipse.

*Our turnaround time is not guaranteed for unusually difficult audio (such as poor audio quality, poor enunciation, heavy accents and low volume). In these situations, we will do our very best to finish the job, but we may request additional time to complete the work. We will give you the option of cancelling the order or accepting the change in turnaround time.
Cutoff :
- Orders received after 5:00 p.m. EST shall be considered received on the next business day.
- Express Orders received on a Friday will be completed and sent Monday of the following week.
Processing of payment is via PayPal using your own PayPal account or using your Credit Card account. We send out invoices every Monday of the week.
